Details: Come out and celebrate Women in Horror Month at FilmBar!

This February, FilmBar will be showcasing and honoring the works of Ana Lily Amirpour (A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night), Anna Biller (The Love Witch) and Mary Lambert (Pet Sematary) along with guest panel discussions. Dr. Rebekah McKendry, film professor at the University of Southern California, will also be sharing the details around the Etheria Fellowship for Female Filmmakers.

In addition to coming together to commend the female voice in horror, we will be supporting Valley non-profits, Planned Parenthood and Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, who continue to make a difference in the lives of women in Arizona. Three dollars from every ticket sold will be donated to these organizations.
